My first hiking experience brought me to the third-highest mountain in U.K-Helvellyn . From early years I started to achieve my goals by ballet dancing from age 6 ,by 12 years old I was dancing in the Opera and Ballet theatre on the big stage dancing the “Swan lake “ by Tchaikovsky. After few years later I started running by completing marathons and keeping my goals on the highest level. When I so mountain Helvellyn in the Lake District, with an elevation 950 metres famous for its dramatic Striding Edge and Swirral Edge and its expansive summit plateau I decided to go moderate route to avoid big drops .The walk to the top took me about 3 hours .When you are reaching the top of the mountain you are getting mixed experience ,after deep physical exhaustion with breathtaking views and grounding stillness ,away from noise every day routine ,you are got this feeling of being, completely present in the moment. Surrounded by open skies and endless landscapes you feel truly present and deeply connected to the world around you.If you are take a moment and will try meditate even for the first 5 minutes you will feel how you become the one with all of you , the mind, body and soul. How you blend, merge with a nature, you are become the air what you breathing and all space around you .When you are reunited with nature and experience the feeling such as being, you are clear your mind and getting clear vision which makes achieving your goals easier. I was lucky witnessing a cloud inversion ,I was standing above a sea of clouds, how you can see from the photo of me ,it was one of the magical experiences I can’t describe this feeling combination beauty and stillness that creates a state inner peace and clarity. I understand from my experiences how its could be challenging keeping your mind ,body and soul in balance, because it requires to change your daily habits and life style, but it becomes more natural as you build consistent habits. And with the time you will gain numerous advantages for your self and everything around you started to change the way you always wanted.To keep your body clean and healthy first of all you need release stored tensions, you need to learn how to express your emotions , do not trap them by storing in your cells. If you are not happy about anything just let them know ,keep your boundaries ,don’t loose yourself, if you are happy just let them know as well! show people the state of love . Combining with breath work, dance, light jog, or somatic movement, like yoga, it helps keep your body healthy.Everything is created by your mind.The life around you begins as a thought, everything around you is your thought which you are materialise in physical actions. For this reason to keep your mind open and have the clear way of thinking you need eating super “ clean food “,aswell and focusing on whole ,unprocessed foods in they natural state ,while avoiding sugars ,chemical additives ,drink plenty of water and fasting few times a month. Learn constantly, view challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Every day learn something new by reading something true ,non-fiction or scientific literature. By connecting with nature, showing gratitude, performing some acts of kindness for others, surrounding your self people who bringing joy to your life and seeing you as a whole person with your physical , emotional and spiritual needs will make your life more meaningful and more prosperous . Be kind to yourself , by pacing yourself and managing your energy.
